HOW DOES THE SUBSCRIPTION WORK?

It works like a subscription, but without the small print. A subscription that we would want ourselves. You are not tied to anything and you are completely in control. Do you want to stop? No problem! You can easily arrange that by logging into your account. The subscription is without obligation and you do not sign up for it unless you choose to do so. By default, all products are made as a one-time purchase.

HOW TO START YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

1. Select a product you would like to subscribe to
2. Choose how often you would like to receive the product
3. Add the item to your shopping cart and complete the purchase

THE SUBSCRIPTION

When you take out a subscription, you choose how often you wish to receive the chosen product(s). BeYouthy will then send the product(s) at the interval you have chosen. This will happen once per chosen period, until you cancel or change the subscription for the individual product.

TERMINATION AND CHANGES TO THE SUBSCRIPTION

You can make changes to a subscription at any time, or cancel the subscription altogether. Please note that a subscription can be cancelled at the latest 48 hours before a next delivery, otherwise the change will only take effect after delivery. You are not bound to the subscription for a specific period, and can make changes at any time via your profile or by contacting our customer service. Please note that it can take 2 business days for the change to be processed via customer service.

BeYouthy has the right to cancel your subscription at any time, of course only after delivery of the paid products.

The exact discount will be displayed on the order page. When you subscribe to a product, a discount code or other promotional offer may apply. Discount codes do not apply to products with a subscription.

PAYMENT OF THE SUBSCRIPTION

Once you have signed up, the payment will be processed automatically. We will not credit your payment until the products have been shipped from our warehouse and you will receive an email with the tracking information before delivery.

THE SUBSCRIPTION IS FREE

There are no additional costs associated with a subscription, so you only pay for what you receive. On top of that, depending on the frequency you choose, you will receive between 8 and 12% discount. This is how we make your life a little easier and cheaper!

Please note, however, that you cannot use discount codes when purchasing products with a subscription.

MANAGE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

Managing your subscriptions is super easy. On your account page you will find a link to your subscription overview. Here you have access to your subscriptions anytime and anywhere. This way you can directly view the details of each subscription, so you are always up to date on your orders and deliveries.

CHANGE, PAUSE OR CANCEL

You always have the option to pause or cancel your subscription, without any additional costs or obligations. Decide you need a break or want to stop your subscription? No problem. This can be done easily and at any time via your subscription portal.
