Delivery

We do our best to deliver your order to you as soon as possible. Orders placed on workdays before 16:00, we try to ship the same day.

The prices listed are exclusive of shipping costs. The shipping costs are:

€4.95 for orders under €50.00
Free for orders over €50,-

For orders outside the Netherlands we charge €6.95 per order.

Delivery is via PostNL. In general, delivery will take place the next business day between 9:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the moment of delivery.

Returns

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. The shipping costs for returning are at your own expense.

You can only return a product if:

• The product is unopened and sealed. Food supplements that have been opened are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection and hygiene.
• The product is in a visibly original, unused condition.

To exercise this right, you can contact us via hi@beyouthy.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after notification of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

Do you want to exchange a product?

That is not a problem at all, as long as the packaging is unopened and sealed. You can contact hi@beyouthy.nl for this. However, you will bear the costs for returning the product yourself.

Provided the wrong delivery address?

Accidentally provided an incorrect delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to change the order for you.
